How To Cook Alaskan King Crab Stir Fry
Prepare the following ingredients to make Alaskan King Crab Stir Fry
12 ounce of thawed Alaskan Crab Legs (split)
2 cups of chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup of vertically chopped onion
1 small clove of minced garlic
2 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of fresh and thawed Chinese pea pods
3/4 cup of cubed tomato
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of cold water
Slice the king crab legs into 3 inch pieces. Saut the garlic in oil. Add the chopped mushroom and onion. Cook until barely softened. Put the cubed tomatoes, crab and pea pods. Stir fry the vegetables and crab until it is thoroughly heated. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir into the pan. Heat and stir until the juices are clear and thickened.
This recipe can serve 2 persons.
Note:
- 6 ounce of Alaskan King Crab meat can be replaced with an alternative
- Vertically chopped green pepper may also be added to add spices.
